School Profile

Saint Elizabeth High School is an urban Catholic college preparatory school offering a quality education to students in grades nine through twelve. Founded in 1921, the school is located in the historic Fruitvale district of Oakland, California. It prides itself on being a community of “family.”

The 2011-2012 enrollment of 166 students is composed of African-American (22%), Latino (64%), Asian (4%), Filipino (4%), Native American (1%), and Mixed Race or Other (5%).

96% of our students receives tuition assistance, which includes financial aid and academic scholarships.

Close to half (45%) of the student population comes from single-parent families.
